Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at LiveBazar. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged product

  • The product is defective or not functioning (for applicable items)

  • The product is different from what was shown during a live session or on our website

Please Note:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items with seals, hygiene covers, or protective films must remain intact.

  • Perfumes, beauty items, undergarments, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return once opened.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used items

  • Fragrances, cosmetics, and beauty products once unsealed

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via:

    • Order number

    • Customer name & phone

    • Photo or video of the product showing the issue

    • Unboxing video (recommended for claims of missing or damaged items)

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a return.


4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will send the product back via PostEx Pakistan.

  • The package must be returned in its original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was on our end (wrong or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.


5. Refund Options

Refunds may be issued in one of the following forms:

A. Store Credit (Fastest Method)

  • Issued after approval

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Non-expiring credit

B. Bank Transfer / Wallet Refund

  • Available only for prepaid orders

  • Processed within 10–15 working days after inspection

C. No Refund for COD Before Return Check

Cash on Delivery payments cannot be refunded in cash.
Refund will be issued via bank account, wallet, or store credit.


6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • You may choose another item of equal or higher value.

  • If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.

  • The replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide an unboxing video as proof (highly recommended).

  • Cases without proof may not be eligible for compensation.


8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched with PostEx, cancellations are not possible.


9. Rejection of Return Requests

We reserve the right to decline returns if:

  • The product has been used

  • The issue is caused by mishandling or improper use

  • Return request is made after the allowed time period

  • Product is sent back without our approval

  • The unboxing video or proof is insufficient


10. Policy Updates

LiveBazar reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website or policy page.
