LiveBazar uses Local Delivery Partners for nationwide deliveries.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all across Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Orders confirmed during live sessions will be verified before dispatch.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is:

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide through our delivery partners.

Ensure your phone number is active to receive delivery updates.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

You can track your parcel on the Delivery Partner's tracking portal using this number.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
LiveBazar is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Failed deliveries caused by the customer being unreachable

Additional delivery fees for reattempts (if applicable)
If a parcel returns to us due to failed attempts, the customer may be required to pay re-shipping fees.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
If a parcel is lost by delivery partner:

We will coordinate with the courier for investigation.
